Kevin W. Wernick Senior Vice President Clark Consulting Kevin M. Wernick is a Senior Vice President of Clark Consulting’s Executive Benefits Practice. He works with large public and private corporations to design, fund, implement and administer cutting-edge nonqualified executive benefit plans, which corporations use to attract, retain and motivate executive talent. Prior to joining Clark Consulting, Mr. Wernick was an attorney with the law firm of O’Melveny & Myers LLP where he specialized in labor, employment and employee benefits law. Mr. Wernick graduated with honors from Stanford University with a degree in political science. He is also a graduate of the UCLA School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif.
