Paula Todd is a Principal of Towers Perrin specializing in executive, outside director and stock-based compensation. She serves as a firm-wide technical resource, consulting on executive compensation issues related to corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, employment contracts and retention or severance arrangements. She also oversees Towers Perrin’s Executive Compensation Resources (ECR) business, which is the data collection, analysis, research and information services unit of the firm’s Executive Compensation consulting practice. Ms. Todd is based in Stamford, Connecticut. She has been with Towers Perrin for over 20 years, first working in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Prior to joining Towers Perrin, she was the Manager of Tax Analysis for the National Corporation for Housing Partnerships and served as the Administrator of the Bureau of Naval Personnel Non-Appropriated Fund Activities Retirement Plan. Ms. Todd has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. degree from Stanford University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and World at Work. She served on the FASB Advisory Task Force for the Stock Compensation Project and serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.
