He works with leading public and private companies, including many Fortune-ranked companies, on executive pay matters that often focus on effective integration of pay with business strategy, leadership development and operational excellence. Prior to joining Towers Perrin, Eric was the Director of Executive Compensation for Merck & Co., Inc and also headed the Silicon Valley (Santa Clara, CA), office of another leading consulting firm. Eric earned a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
