In September of 2000, Clark/Bardes Consulting, a New York Stock Exchange company, acquired Compensation Resource Group with Bill serving as Chief Executive Officer and then Chairman of the Executive Benefits Practice of Clark/Bardes Consulting until April 2003. Through his current position with Retirement Capital Group, Bill is leading the company in delivering a Total Retirement Solution using a consultative, unbundled process geared toward best solutions and best practices for plan design, plan funding, communication and administration.
