| Diane Lerner Senior Consultant Watson Wyatt Worldwide Diane Lerner is a Senior Consultant in Watson Wyatt Worldwides New York office specializing in the Executive Compensation Practice area. In this capacity, she works with companies to help them develop effective short- and long-term incentive programs that align pay with performance and long-term shareholder value creation. Assignments have included the design of stock based compensation plans for public and IPO companies, the design of phantom long-term incentive plans for private companies and subsidiaries, recommendations on Board compensation, and the development of executive and broad-based variable compensation programs. Prior to joining Watson Wyatt Worldwide, Ms. Lerner served as a Senior Consultant in the Executive Compensation Practice for the Hay Group, and was Vice President, Human Resources, of Kidder Peabody, specializing in designing executive, incentive, and sales compensation plans. Ms. Lerner has a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA degree from New York Universitys Stern School of Business. She speaks widely on compensation-related subjects at industry forums such as the Global Equity Organization, National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, and Institutional Investor. |
