Cynthia Lenkiewicz Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary CitiGroup, Inc. Cynthia Lenkiewicz is currently Associate General Counsel for Corporate Governance and Assistant Secretary of Citigroup, Inc. Prior to joining Citigroup in 1985 she held legal positions with Zurich Financial Services Group and Home Insurance Company. She began her legal career as a Corporate Associate at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom. She received her undergraduate degree in accounting, magna cum laude, from Ithaca College and her J.D. from the Law School of State University of New York at Buffalo, also magna cum laude. She was admitted to the Bar in New York in 1986 and is a member of the American Society of Corporate Secretaries.
