Anthony K. Farina Director, Executive Compensation CitiGroup, Inc. Anthony K. Farina is currently Director-Executive Compensation for Citigroup, Inc. His responsibilities include managing compensation for the top 200 executives and for the company’s board of directors. He is responsible for Citigroup’s Stock Ownership Commitment, and manages the annual incentive and management equity award process company-wide. His unit provides staff support to the Personnel and Compensation Committee of the Board and he serves as a member of an internal governance team including representatives from the law and tax departments. Previously Mr. Farina was compensation director for Citibank’s corporate banking business for North America, Western Europe and Japan. Prior to joining Citigroup, he was a consultant with Organization Resources Counselors, Inc. and held human resources positions with predecessor companies of JPMorganChase & Co. and with American Express. While primarily based in New York, he has held positions that served Europe, Asia and Latin America. For a time he was based in Singapore covering the Pacific Rim for American Express. In addition to his corporate experience, he lectured at several universities including New York University, and has been a guest speaker at World At Work.
