Mr. Ericson has twenty years experience in the fields of business valuation and value-based incentive design. He is a frequent speaker to professional and industry audiences on the subject of value-based systems for target setting, performance measurement and executive rewards. He is responsible for Towers Perrins training efforts regarding the use of financial methods in executive incentive design and has developed a suite of methods and tools used in client projects globally.
