Jerry T. Edge Director Global Compensation Callaway Golf For more than 30 years, Jerry has specialized in compensation management in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, food and transportation. At Callaway Jerry is responsible for worldwide compensation, HRIS, and payroll programs. This includes base pay, variable pay, executive compensation, international compensation and sales incentive plan design. He is a past President and Life Member of the American Compensation Association (nowWorldatWork) and has served in several other regional and national roles. Jerry received his B.A. in business from the University of North Carolina, an M.B.A. from Georgia State University and completed his D.B.A course work at George Washington University.
