Jack Dolmat-Connell Principal & National Executive Compensation Practice Director Clark Consulting Jack Dolmat-Connell is a Principal of Clark Consulting. His areas of expertise include executive compensation, performance management, total compensation strategy and competitive analysis, and salary management program design. Prior to joining Clark Consulting, Mr. Dolmat-Connell had served as the Managing Principal of iQuantic, and the Managing Director of the Wilson Group, where he served as head of all consulting operations and was the firm’s Technology Industry and Executive Compensation Practice Leader. Mr. Dolmat-Connell was the Director of Compensation and Benefits at Avid Technology, Inc., and prior to Avid, the founder and Managing Director of Solutions at Work, a consulting firm specializing in all aspects of compensation consulting. Jack has also held executive and managerial positions in Compensation and HR at Stratus Computer, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Data General Corporation. Mr. Dolmat-Connell holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources and Corporate Strategy and a B.A. in Economics, both from the University of Michigan. His articles have appeared in Compensation & Benefits Review, WorldatWork Journal, Workspan, Boston Business Journal and Mass High Tech. He has authored chapters in several books on compensation and is a frequent speaker at local and national conferences and forums. He is a Certified Compensation Professional, as well as a WorldatWork instructor and a member.
